Usually, director Hervé Handsome has an overall theme to his work -- so far, he's given us gay porn starring gorgeous Euro-studs down on the farm, in grease-grimed mechanic mode, and even in the Bastille, for goodness sakes. But he strips away all the trappings (and the clothes, of course) in this one, and -- surprise -- it's as good as anything he's ever done. Part of the reason "Male Watch" works so well (other that the gorgeous, well-hung cast, which is a given) is its simplicity. In each of five segments, one guy plays videographer, taping the action (and, usually, joins in) while the others suck and fuck to their heart's content.
